Objective To observe the clinical effects of using the vaccinum calmette guerini polysaccharide nucleic acid to prevent and treat community children repeated respiratory track infection.

These 65 are divided into 2 groups for study. One group is observed group, 35 patients are treated by muscle injecting 1 ml vaccinum calmette guerini for one time, every 2 days, and the continuous 3 months as one treatment period.
